It's amazing how long the summer crops keep trying to produce - particularly if you are blessed with a good late/warmish fall.
That is so true. The sad part is its almost frost time and Ridge Gourd vine is full of flowers.
The ridge luffa look so nice and tender, I like to use the tender green tips for soup and stir fry.
