Here are few pots which could stay in the basement for winter. Oregano in small pot is from this small survived plant. I hope they do well in the basement before seeing any sunshine next year. Other two pots are Mint and Jasmine (which never had any blooms so far).

Harvest Monday...
Eggplants are the best this year, I got 3 big ones last week. We haven't got the frost and I have small to medium sized ridge gourds on the vine which I am planning to get tomorrow so that they won't get affected by nighttime 30s which are expected this week. Please visit Daphnes Dandelions to see what everyone is harvested.

Preserving Tomatoes
I do some vegetable gardening but I don't grow a lot that I need to preserve it, but today while visiting Wilson Farm for grocery, I saw that they had locally grown tomatoes on SALE, so got them and dehydrated a bit in oven and made paste out of them for freezing. I also had to freeze some whole tomatoes for future use.
