Last 3 years we were heavily pruning these shrubs to make them contained and not grow allover and this year we got to enjoy some lilacs. The scent is magical and I wish they have longer life.
Ooh, I am jealous! Our lilac bloomed and was gone nearly a month ago, thanks to the hot spell we had in March. I wish those blooms lasted all year long!
