Baked Chicken Packets

This is a quick easy and yummy meal with some brown rice on side. I got the recipe from musings of a housewife. After trying them few times, it's a no brainier for me now.
Take a chicken piece, add basil pesto( I used homemade pesto), chop and add peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, spring onions. Drizzle some olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper for take and bake them. Original recipe calls for grilling, I am sure it should be great.

Aloe Vera

Time to get this plant indoors.

What a bad year for peppers

At the end of the season I see pepper blooms. These transplants I bought did take a while to grow. But no complains, as cucumbers were bountiful and we got more than 50 (after 50 I lost count).

Raspberries - first year

I tried pinching all the blooms this year, so that plant will retain its energy for establishing. But I missed these and now look at the growing fruit.

Jumbo zucchini

I can't help but post this jumbo zucchini. One of my friends planted couple of zucchini and it is growing crazy and yielding such huge vegetables :). I couldn't find a ruler stick to give an estimate on size.
