Lime Pickle...

I have prepared some lime pickle and wanted to share from pictures of the process. The end product have come out quite good and is saved in the fridge.

My daughter had sown the seeds as part of her school project and got the seedlings home and now look at the flower it is so beautiful.

Cucumbers started coming in...

This is the first cucumber of the season and we finished it just few minutes. It was crunchy and just perfect and fresh. So far only cucumber plants are fairing well with lot of blossoms (I wish every flower gets us an cucumber) and some cucumbers setting.

This is one neglected container which was over seeded with fenugreek and never harvested. Now the surprise is there are little seed pods. I could save the seed.

Its almost mid july and we are having consistant warmer/hot days. Plants seem to like it. You can spot the first cucumber, eggplant flower and sungold tomatoes and okras.

Flowers...

Vegatable plants are flowering, but not a single cucumber got pollinated and they are dying. I wish more bees comeby and help me out...As mentioned earlier tomatoes are the wrost in last 3 years....they are hardly growing.
