Creme 'un' Brûlée

"Peaches in backyard!!", "Peaches in backyard!!" This is what my daughters started shouting when they were out today. We haven't noticed the tree in few days and now its full of tiny fruit. It was so exciting to see a tree with fruit growing. We are waiting for the fruit to grow and ripe.

Kale salad at its best

Refreshing kale salad for lunch. After mixing all the ingredients and chilling it, I cannot taste any raw kale. I have used finely chopped kale, EVOO, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, toasted pine nuts, sliced almonds, strawberries, dried goji  berries and raisins.

Vegetable dumplings, streamed broccoli stir-fried with sesame oil and radish paratas.
