Creme 'un' Brûlée
Tried my hand at some French dessert Creme Brûlée. No ramekins, No browning step, still turned out quite delicious with subtle sweetness and pure richness.

Kale salad at its best
Refreshing kale salad for lunch. After mixing all the ingredients and chilling it, I cannot taste any raw kale. I have used finely chopped kale, EVOO, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, toasted pine nuts, sliced almonds, strawberries, dried goji berries and raisins.
