These are the cookies/pastry I baked for a cookie swap today. Not sure what they were till yesterday, I had a vague idea of seeing them somewhere in a magazine. Thanks to internet age, I could find what they are and how to make them.

Almond Biscotti

On a cold day, these are a wonderful combination with a hot cup of tea. I always thought I am a savory person, but these biscotti are too addictive. It all started when I bought thin almond biscotti and I started eating couldn't stop myself. I looked for a recipe in couple of places and tried them. I really wanted thin ones but better luck next time.
