Fatteh

We tried our version of Fatteh with toasted pita, homemade hummus and yogurt seasoned with chilli powder, cumin powder and cilantro and it turned out quite tasty. Now, this will be frequent snack we may be looking forward to enjoy.

Priya, thanks for visiting. We followed a easy recipe,
1. Bake pita pieces , they went in the bottom
2. Topped with hummus (soaked and boiled chickpeas paste + tahini + garlic + Lemon + salt are in hummus )
3. yogurt on top
4. Season with chili powder, cumin powder and cilantro
5. You could add some toasted almonds or pine nuts

Eat it right away and don't let pita go soggy

Hi Sarada,
I tried this yesterday for dinner for me and Aarush. Aarush liked it esp hummus and yogurt together.
