Harvested some carrots for the first time and as soon as they are washed they disappeared in the matter few minutes. They were so juicy and yummy. I tried the baby carrot variety, but they grew little taller than described on the seed packet.

Prepared a seed mat (
Annies Kitchen Garden) as the seeds are so tiny and then tried these in a big container.

Within less than 2 months, they are ready and enjoyed the carrots. I may try more next year or will see if I could do some late summer or fall planting.

Sarada, I'm happy the seed mat method of planting carrots worked well for you. That's the only way I will plant them now. Your carrots are lovely!
Thanks AG.
