Calendar shows its first day of spring tomorrow, but we just got about 6 to 7 inches of snow :)

Banana Date muffins

I make muffins regularly but never see how long I spend making them. I tried banana walnut muffins and my timer was ticking. It took me 10 mins prep time and I started pre-heating the oven. I baked them for 25 mins and yummy muffins are ready to eat.

Cake pops

Are they lollipops... No cake pops...I tried them for the first time and they are delicious. They are easy peezy to make. Bake a cake, crumble, mix some frosting, make balls, chill them, dip them in candy mix with a stick. It's up to your imagination to decorate, options are endless...
